Upon receipt of your preliminary registration, including payment, your information will be distributed to the necessary personnel. You will then be mailed your official entry forms to the contact person making the initial registration. Please review your selections for accuracy before proceeding to checkout if using PayPal.
The deadline for official entry forms is May 11, 2012. Any forms received after this date will go to the TDC chairman for approval. There are additional items that need to be sent with the Official entry form. First, the Driver Information sheet. Please fill this out as completely as possible. Second, a current copy of the drivers MVR is required. Drivers will need to show the following at check in: 1. Their CDL 2. Their medical card Along with the official entry forms, you will be provided a schedule of events. This will give you the precise instructions you will need for your drivers concerning Orientation, Written Exam, Personal Interview, Pre-trip and the skills course.
